Thank you for visiting Musical Connections. I created the site to share album discoveries that I really like from beginning to end in the alternative/indie and folk/singer-songwriter genres. I’m an organizational nerd, so the albums are in alphabetical order. Most of the artists are new to me, and, from what I’ve found so far, I tend to favor more niche, lesser-known ones. I take my time selecting each album, listening to more than 350 per month. I’m not a music critic and don’t write traditional reviews, but I’ve begun adding a brief comments section to each post, thanks to encouraging feedback. It will take me a while to catch up. I hope some of my discoveries will bring you musical joy.
